1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for paid services under the following conditions:

  • A service was not delivered as described.
  • A technical issue on Realysta’s platform prevented access to the purchased service.
  • A duplicate payment was made due to a processing error.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Subscription fees after the trial period has ended.
  • One-time listing fees after the property listing has been published.
  • Any services that have already been used or partially completed.

3. Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, users must submit a request within 5 Business Days of the transaction date.
  • Requests should be sent to info@realysta.com with details of the purchase and the reason for the refund request.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 Business Days via the original payment method.
  • If a refund cannot be issued through the original payment method, an alternative refund method may be provided.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Users who initiate chargebacks without first contacting Realysta may be subject to account suspension or termination.
  • Realysta reserves the right to contest chargebacks with supporting transaction evidence.
