1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for paid services under the following conditions:
- A service was not delivered
as described.
- A technical issue on
Realysta’s platform prevented access to the purchased service.
- A duplicate payment was made
due to a processing error.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services and fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Subscription fees after the
trial period has ended.
- One-time listing fees after
the property listing has been published.
- Any services that have
already been used or partially completed.
3. Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, users
must submit a request within 5 Business Days of the transaction date.
- Requests should be sent to
info@realysta.com with details of the purchase and the reason for the refund request.
4. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be
processed within 14 Business Days via the original payment method.
- If a refund cannot be issued
through the original payment method, an alternative refund method may be provided.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Users who initiate
chargebacks without first contacting Realysta may be subject to account suspension or termination.
- Realysta reserves the right
to contest chargebacks with supporting transaction evidence.
